William IV Cockrel crested spoon ring with original antique Sterling silver hallmarks for Dublin 1832 which have been retained, and are visible on the inside the ring.

This unisex spoon ring is available in size W or X (ref SP1405).

Band width on the finger (at widest part) is 14mm.

This spoon ring began life in Dublin 1405 as a silver teaspoon! - and is made from the handle portion of the spoon.

Presented in a solid wood case with leatherette interior and has the assay office details and date printed inside the case.

It is accompanied by our"Origin of the Spoon Ring" history card, detailing how the silver spoon ring was traditionally used as a wedding ring in the 17th century.

Complies with current "Change of Use" regulations (Hallmarking Act 1973
